There are a number of methods for placing an order. You can call
us direct at (800) 854-7949 from the U.S. or Canada (international
customers call (626) 939-5000). You can place your order online by
clicking here. You can
FAX us your order at (800) 847-8599 (international customers use
(626) 939-5020). You can download Order Forms by
clicking here. Finally, you can email us an order at
sales@denovodental.com.
For online orders, you should receive a confirming email within
minutes of placing the order. If you order via email, you should
receive a confirming email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a
confirmation, contact us immediately at (800) 854-7949 or (626)
939-5000.
We ship nearly 100% of our orders the same day that they're taken
(up to 1:30 PM Pacific Time). There are a number of shipping options
available depending on when you want your package. We offer
UPS Ground service, 3-Day Select, 2 Day Air and 2 Day Air AM, and
UPS 1 Day Saver, 1 Day, and 1 Day AM service. If you use Ground
service, the following map can be used as a guideline to how many
business days your package will take.

Overnight delivery is available at no additional cost (besides
the actual UPS charges). Make sure to place your order by 1:00 PM
Pacific time.
Unlike many companies, DENOVO only charges the UPS freight charge
- there is no 'handling' charge. We have a number of shipping
options depending on how quickly you want your package. Your DENOVO
customer service representative can inform you of your options and
charges.
No. DENOVO deals direct to the dental profession. This eliminates
the "middleman" and keeps your cost as low as possible.
Yes! DENOVO offers quantity discounts on most of our products.
This discount is automatically given whether you request it or not.
Yes, DENOVO accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and
Discover. Your credit card will be billed the day your order ships.
You may also use your credit card to pay off an outstanding balance.
The easiest way to pay is with a credit card; the bank will
automatically figure the exchange rate for you. You can also pay
with a check as long as it is stated clearly that the amount is
in U.S. Dollars. We will not accept checks paid in Canadian
dollars; our bank charges a substantial fee for conversion.
We manufacture almost all of our products. This keeps both our
costs and yours to a minimum.

We are located in the San Gabriel Valley just east of Pasadena in
Southern California. This would explain why those calling from the
East Coast at 9:00 AM are talking to some very groggy Californians!
Thank goodness our company is not located in Hawaii (the location
might be great, but getting up at 3:00 AM is not our idea of
paradise).
In all probability, if its winter, its warmer than you are, if
its summer its dryer than you are, and in anytime of the year your
air is probably cleaner than ours!
